I have told my kids for years that if you don't have a sense of humor, you got nothin'. I also quote Dory from the Nemo movie and tell them all the time to "just keep swimming". I may be backstroking now, but I'm still swimming!

    WOW, What a great source of inspiration you are!
    Could you please share your special recipe using the Elastogel cap? I will go throught chimio in a few days and ordered two caps already (all doctors and friends think I am CRAZY) but would appreciated some TIPS. Thank you! Josee-Anne
